At Step Thera, we honor your foundation and want you to absolutely love your foot care ritual. Because everyone’s skin journey is completely unique, we want you to try our botanical formulas with total peace of mind. If a product isn't the right fit for your feet, we are here to make it right.

The Return Window

We offer a 30-day trial period on all of our botanical oils and sets. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of your package being delivered.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Drop us a line: Send a quick email to contact@stepthera.com with your order number and a brief note about how the product worked for your skin.

2. Print your label: We will send you a pre-paid shipping label straight to your inbox.

3. Pack it up: Securely place the item back into its original shipping box (or any small mailing envelope) and ship it back to us.

   Refund Processing

   Once our team receives your returned package, we will process your refund immediately.

   Original Payment: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or shop pay)

   within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

   Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Routine Adjustments

Did you take The Step Profile and realize you accidentally bought the daily formula when your heels actually needed the heavy-duty night-time system? No worries at all. We offer free exchanges. We will swap out your product and cover the shipping to send the correct ritual straight to your door.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

• Individual items separated from a bundled set (like returning just the socks from the Night-time Set).

• Gift cards.
